“A master of entertainment”, “A unique Choreographer…a Incroyable Talent” both phrases ripped from the French headlines describing Brazilian born, innovative and fearless entertainer, Danielo Mendes.
His star-studded list of credits include celebrity collaborations with artists and brands such as: Mick Jagger, Lenny Kravitz, Nicole Scherzinger, Chris Brown, Calvin Klein, Diesel, Jesse Stone, Damian Marley, Nelly , MTV and many others.
Danielo embraced the gift of dance from an early age, teaching himself a variety of disciplines, while developing his own vivacious range of styles, from breakdancing, lyrical hip-Hop, dubstep Motion, urban isolation and theatrical comedy. Danielo’s eclectic repertoire makes him the unique performer that he is today. Fitness and health have always been important aspects of his life.
At the age of 14, Danielo left Sao Paulo and journeyed to France to pursue a career in dance. He created a ‘One Man Dance Show’, an improv series of sketching, dancing, miming, musical references, and comedy. Danielo’s popularity and reputation grew and he was contracted to perform in the elite “Partouche Casino Group” of Europe and was successful with the run of his “One Man Dance Show”.
After years of hard work and continued success he took a leap of faith and came to the U.S to magnify his artistic career in Los Angeles.
He then started touring with the world renowned company, “Bellydance Evolution”. It was Danielo’s dream to share his passion all over the world. He has had the opportunity to travel to more than 53 countries while performing and teaching workshops.
Danielo Created “STAYBAD – Born A Dancer” expanding to a clothing line which is currently being distributed worldwide.
Danielo’s latest project is to incorporate his knowledge and experiences into the fitness world. With his genuine passion for fitness, Danielo’s unique vision is evident in each of his classes. He teaches entertaining, fun and creative classes such as, Dance, Cardio Hip-Hop, Core, Treadmill workout, Cycling. Each class is original and has been a wonderful experience for members.
